Q: What is a Cap?

A cap works by 'capping' key services like national and international voice calls and SMS, national MMS, Voicemail and special numbers at a certain limit each month. For example, the $29 Cap allows you to make up to $120 worth of national and international calls, SMS and other included services, and you only pay $29 per month.

Q: What happens when I go over my Cap value limit?

At that point standard rates apply. So on the $29 Cap for example, standard rates apply once you've reached your $120 monthly Cap limit. See the Cap details table for standard rates.

Q. What is Free Talk 24/7?

With 3 you get Free Talk 24/7. For example, on the $29 Cap you get $120 worth of monthly credit plus FREE national voice calls worth $70 (100min) to everyone on 3, at any time, every month.

Q: What happens once I've reached my Free Talk 24/7 limit to other 3 mobiles?

If you still have left over credit in your Cap, then these calls wil be included in your overall Cap services per month. If not, then standard rates apply.

Q. How many International calls do I get with my Cap?

You get up to $120 (on the $29 - $99 Cap) or up to $150 (on the $129 & $149 Cap) of international voice calls. Your international voice call value is included within your monthly Cap every month. Once you've reached your international voice call limit, standard international rates apply. These charges are outside your overall monthly inclusion.
